Fall Instructional Workout

Players will be taught fundamentals through a variety of drills and repetition. Ex-college and

professional players will help instruct and lead these workouts.

Mondays and Thursdays (4 weeks)
September 14th to October 8th
  - 7U-9U: 5pm-6:30pm
  - 10U-14U: 6:30pm-8pm

Prospect Meadows

Session focus will be emailed out at the beginning of each week.

Registration

Registration is open to all current Reds 7U-14U players. A parent/guardian must complete the CR Reds Instructional Workout Registration Form and pay the $20 fee prior to attending the workout. Contact coach@crreds.com with questions.
